New: Suspension Assistant
Getting your suspension dialled in is one of the hardest parts of mountain biking. Too much air pressure, too little sag, rebound too fast — and the fun disappears. That’s exactly what the new Suspension Assistant is here to solve.
What the assistant does
You tell it what you have and how you ride:
- Body weight (with or without gear)
- Fork model and shock model
- Travel front and rear
- Suspension type (air or coil)
- Terrain, riding style and skill level
- Known issues like “fork feels harsh” or “shock bottoms out”
The assistant then gives you specific values: air pressure, sag, rebound clicks, compression — and only for the adjustments your exact model actually has. No guesswork, no generic values copied from a forum post.
AI with component knowledge
Every fork and shock has different adjustment options. A Fox 38 Factory has high- and low-speed compression, a RockShox Pike Select+ has none. A Fox Float DPS only has a 2-position lever, no rebound dial.
The assistant knows these differences and only outputs values for what’s physically present on your model. For rare or unknown components it looks up the specifications on the web before calculating.
Save the result directly to your bike
After the calculation you can save the recommended values as a suspension set on your bike — with a custom name, so you can keep different setups for different trails organised.
Where to find it
You’ll find the Suspension Assistant in the app under your bike → Suspension → Suspension Assistant, or directly via the navigation under Assistants.
